When you need this
- Your steering wheel or seat vibrates at highway speed
- You bought new tires and need them installed
- Your tires wear unevenly
- You are changing wheels, such as seasonal tires
How it works
- Tell us the tires and wheels you have and where you are.
- We mount the tires on the wheels and balance each wheel.
- We install the wheels on your vehicle, tighten them to the right torque and check the air pressure.
Save time and nerves. Balancing is normally a shop job. We bring it to you, so you save the drive, the wait and the time without your car.
Where to find your tire size
- On the tire. Look at the side of the tire for a code like 225/65R17.
- On the door sticker. Open the driver's door and look on the door frame for the tire and loading information label. It shows the size your car came with.
- In the owner's manual. The tire section lists the sizes.
- Not sure? Text us a photo of the side of the tire, or just tell us your car. Read the full guide.
How to read the code:
- 225Width of the tire in millimeters
- 65Sidewall height as a percentage of the width
- RRadial construction (almost all car tires)
- 17Wheel diameter in inches
- 98HLoad index and speed rating. You can skip this part.
Questions
Why does balancing matter?
An unbalanced wheel can cause vibration and uneven tire wear. Balancing spreads the weight evenly around the wheel.
Can I buy my own tires and have you install them?
Ask us when you call or text so we can confirm the tires and the job before we come.
Do you check the tire pressure?
Yes, we set the pressure to your vehicle's recommended level.
